Due to many possible browser configurations, browsing outside of the
shopping cart can sometimes remove items from your shopping cart (adding
cards to your shopping cart then browsing for other cards).
SOLUTION: Close all open browser windows then
open a new window and try adding your items again. Be sure that your
browser is set with cookies enabled.
